Why VoIP?

Is it complicated?

Our VoIP phones are very intuitive with on screen displays and easy to use menus. Our staff is ready to support and train you.

Can I keep my phone numbers?

Absolutely! We have a thorough porting process that ensures all of your numbers are ported over to our service.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Our system monitors the status of all phones with every phone call. If your internet goes down we can automatically re-route your calls to another site, an answering service, or even your cell phone. Your customers will never know the difference.

How long does it take?

We can install your new phones as quickly as the next day. In most cases the porting process takes anywhere from two to three weeks from submission of all the documents. Incomplete information and pending orders can delay the process.

How much faster does my internet need to be?

We recommend that you dedicate at least 100Kbps per user. For example, if you have 10 users you should have 1Mbps dedicated to voice service.
