Finding IP address of Polycom VVX phone

Finding out the IP address of your Polycom VVX phone can be accomplished by performing the following steps:

1. Press the Home/Menu key
2. Select ‘Settings’
3. Select ‘Status’
4. Select TCP/IP parameters

Once you have selected the TCP/IP parameters the screen should now show you the IP of your Polycom VVX as well as the subnet mask and gateway.
